Modern Slavery Statement

The Modern Slavery Statement is made by greenslips.com.au Pty Ltd (Greenslips) (ABN 81 130 177 696) and healthslips.com.au Pty Ltd (Healthslips) (ABN 97 667 024 240) for the period 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. While Greenslips and Healthslips is not currently required under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (the Act) to prepare or submit a statement, we take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery.

The purpose of this statement is to provide an overview of how Greenslips and Healthslips prevents, detect and responds to the risk of modern slavery occurring within our supply chain.

Operations and Supply Chain

Greenslips is a CTP green slip insurance information and price comparison service. Healthslips is a health insurance information and policy comparison service.

Suppliers to Greenslips and Healthslips are themselves small businesses in both Australia and Asia.

Risk Identification

Many of our suppliers are large multinational software providers such as Microsoft, AWS, Google and Canva.

Outside of software services, the majority of our suppliers are in the provision of professional services and have low exposure to modern slavery risks. We operate in an industry that is considered low risk for modern slavery; however, we are aware that we could be inadvertently exposed through our supply chain.

Greenslips and Healthslips through our ability to enable our services, we have identified our supply chain as follows:

• Onshore employees
• Offshore supplier personnel
• Onshore supplier personnel

The majority of our supplier personnel (outside of large multinational software providers) reside in Australia.

To address the risk of modern slavery:

• We have a modern slavery policy which includes guidance for staff, contractors and suppliers on raising concerns;
• We onboard staff, contractors and suppliers with a screening questionnaire;
• We provide our policy and statement to staff, contractors and suppliers as part of our onboarding process; and
• We conduct an annual review of our policies and procedures as they relate to modern slavery risk.
